Terms of service

Flyover Heat is operated by Drop Zone Cards LLC (Iowa, USA). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

What you are buying

Every listing is for a single, specific card - the one in the photographs. We photograph each card front and back. Stock imagery is never used in place of the actual card.

Condition and grading

All cards are raw and ungraded. We do not grade cards, do not assign grades, and do not represent any card as gradeable or as likely to receive a particular grade. Condition estimates, where given, are our opinion and are labelled as estimates. The photographs are the definitive description.

Authenticity

Cards are sold as pulled from sealed manufacturer product or acquired from collections. Autographs are pack-pulled manufacturer-certified autographs unless the listing says otherwise; we do not sell third-party or in-person signings.

Availability

We hold exactly one of each card. Our inventory is also listed on other marketplaces, so on rare occasions a card sells in two places at once. If that happens we will contact you immediately and refund you in full. We will never substitute a different card without asking you first.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and can change. If a card is listed at an obviously incorrect price (a decimal in the wrong place), we may cancel and refund the order rather than fulfil it, and we will tell you why.
